duties and responsibilities of the job

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks(WAN LAN routers configuration ubiquity Mikrotik tp-link….)
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support for the clients (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Possibly training more junior staff members/clients
indoor and outdoor tasks
• A technical, logical thought process
• Problem-solving skills
• An ability to stick to strict deadlines
• An ability to prioritize
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to report to the leader

Able to start work for two weeks of training/ grace period
