1. Supervise everything related to the store.
2. Assist customer in purchasing items.
3. Help customer with returns and refunds.
4. Maintain sales floor appearance by following up with staff on a daily basis on items.
5. Directs customers to merchandise.
6. Lead by example by coaching, developing, mentoring and inspiring the team to enhance store performance.
7. Create an inspirational and motivating work environment that reflects the integrity of the brand
8. Handle personnel issues regarding schedules, task division, staff conflicts, absenteeism, and tardiness as well as performance evaluation
9. Personally close the store a minimum of two times per week
10. Establish sales strategies in order to achieve individual sales targets on one hand and that of the store on the other
11. Evaluate operating statements to identify business trends (including sales, profitability, and turn), expense control opportunities, potential shrink, and errors.
12. Ensure the financial integrity of the store through strict cashier accountability, key control, and adherence to stated company security practices and cash control procedures.
13. Develop customer relationships through interaction and feedback
14. Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, and communications.
15. Ensure the accurate receipt and handling of shipments
16. Maintain store security; remain alert on theft activities and take measures accordingly
17. Communicate with operation manager regularly to keep them update of store and product issues consecutively
18. Prepare and analyze various reports requested by management
19. Achieve all set sales targets and sales growth
20. Maintain effective communication with sales personnel and customers
21. Solve problems promptly and efficiently
22. Handles Customer complaints and treats them with high importance to make sure the negative experience has been turned to a positive one.
23. As a Call Center:
 - Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. -Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
 - Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- He follows-up calls and in-person customer inquiries to their satisfaction
- help patients with their insurance claim and health plan applications
- The pharmacy technician attends to customer prescriptions and prepares them according to the instructions provided.
