Our Exciting Opportunity


We are now looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager (SSM) for Logistics Category to strengthen Ericsson’s competitive position by maximizing supplier value, proactively leading business risks and contributing to the creation of value for the Customer

The SSM is accountable for evaluating, qualifying and selecting service providers & suppliers for the logistics category for services of Warehousing, Transportation, Customs duty etc. handling

The SSM and/or the Supplier Relationship Manager are responsible for all commercial relationship with suppliers


You will
You will lead, prepare & execute the RFx process-
You will evaluate and select suppliers-
You will conduct supplier negotiation-
You will ensure supplier agreement implementation-
You will contribute to the long term business-


To be successful in the role you are


Education: BS or MS Degree in Engineering and/or Business administration or Economics-
Minimum 6-7 years of experience in the same field.Domain experience
 The candidate must have supply chain competence and experience on top of logistics services purchasing experience-

Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge-
Advanced consultative and negotiation skills-

Negotiation and argumentation skills-
Excellent communications skills and ability to communicate with senior executive-
Must have strong and proven market knowledge-
The candidate must have multi geography experience as the role will be responsible from logistics services purchasing for more than 20 countries in MEA-

   Ready to travel in case local interaction is needed-
Role can be based in Lebanon, Turkey, Jordan, Pakistan, or Egypt
