An open position for Technical Center Manager Estarta Solutions with the following, Qualifications and Requirements:

• B.Sc. or B.A. in IT or management fields
 • 6+ years previous management experience in customer service or call centers
 • Drive for results
 • Problem solving & critical thinking
 • Teamwork and partnership
 • General networking knowledge is preferable
 • Proven excellent managerial skills
 • Excellent communication skills
 • Time management skills

Key Responsibilities:
 • Lead teams of customer support engineers who respond to service requests and resolve customer issues
 • Handle escalations and assume ownership for the end-to-end customer experience
 • Supervise activities of the team with responsibility for results in terms of customer service satisfaction
 • Manage workload, and distribute it among team members, including the implementation of innovative case management techniques
 • Provide management guidance to all levels of employees on accomplishing goals
